PartnerGuard monitors your watchlist partners daily for: Insolvency & liquidation, management changes, trade register announcements, address changes, shareholder changes, sanctions list hits and adverse media. Every change triggers an alert with a traffic light color and action recommendation.
The Scorecard evaluates each supplier across four dimensions: Quality, delivery reliability, price-performance and compliance. Each dimension is rated on a scale of 0–100 and individually weighted. The Combined Score provides an overall rating that shows trends over time. All suppliers can be compared in the ranking.
The Self-Assessment is a standardized questionnaire with 22 questions in 5 sections (Company, Finances, Compliance, Quality, Sustainability). Suppliers receive a token link and don't need an account. Responses are automatically evaluated and converted into a risk classification (Low/Medium/High). Auto-saving is supported.
